Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if suitable).
Knnowledge of HVAC / M&E systems is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Possess own transport and valid driving license is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Tanggungjawab
Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions (e.g., HVAC / M&E systems).
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial submissions for clients.
Conduct site visits and attend technical meetings with clients when required.
Work closely with the technical/engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are accurate and feasible.
Prepare regular sales reports, project updates, and sales forecasts.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
Follow up on projects from initial enquiry stage until deal closure.
