• Malaysian citizen aged not exceeding 35 years old.

• Candidates aged 45 years old below from Royal Malaysia Police at least in 10 year services; confirmed of employment and having a good service record. 

• Candidate must fulfill the following physical criteria as below :-

a. Minimum height (Without Shoes) : 163cm (Male); 157cm (Female)

b. Minimum weight : 50kg (Male); 48kg (Female)

c. Body Mass Index (BMI) : Between 19 to 26
d. Chest Size : At least 81cm, 86cm (during inhalation)
e. Vision : Pass visual test for the left and right eye (separate testing) with accuracy of V/6/9 without glasses or contact lenses and not color blind. 

• Flexible with travelling and relocating.  

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement or its equivalent with minimum 5 years of working experience or any fields.

• Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement or its equivalent with minimum 10 years of working experience in the related fields.

• Possess knowledge and exposure in security management, law enforcement or security operation field; Police Undergraduate Voluntary Corps (SUKSIS), Reserve Officer Training Unit (PALAPES/ROTU) is an added advantage.

To lead, plan, and oversee the security operations of the Auxiliary Police unit, ensuring the protection of company assets, personnel, and stakeholders in FGV and FELDA. The role is responsible for enforcing discipline and compliance with security laws, regulations, and company policies, while driving operational excellence, manpower optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. The Security Operations Executive serves as the key advisor on security matters to senior management and acts as liaison with external enforcement agencies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/INDVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage and oversee security operation and administrative matters at the regional level (all over Malaysia).

• Assist Head, Security Operation in training and supervising Auxiliary Police members (Officers and Rank-and-File).

• Plan and supervise Head of Unit and Head of Post in line with the objectives of the security services. 

• Ensure all tasks will be delivered by Rank-and-File with a strict level discipline.

• Maintain an optimal level of manpower in accordance with internal/external customers’ needs and business requirements.

• Plan and implement cost control measures at the regional level.

• Develop a strategic plan for special operation tasks at the regional level.

• Acquire new business operations from the main business group (FGV/FELDA Group).

• Serve as consultant agent and security advisor for main stakeholders (FGV/FELDA Group).

•  Liaise with internal and external parties including FGV/FELDA Group, Royal Malaysia Police, National Anti-Drugs Agency, corporate agencies, etc.

• Candidates must be willing to be placed at any location across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak, and be prepared to relocate according to operational requirements
