Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Able to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Tanggungjawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Manage and coordinate shipment consolidation with overseas agents for both air and ocean freight.

  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure shipments are delivered on schedule.

  • Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Identify customer needs, investigate concerns, and provide suitable solutions.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and support.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates on shipment status.
