Kelayakan

  • Possess at least Diploma in any discipline, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Required skills: MS Excel Intermediate, credit in mathematics.

  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Fluency in Mandarin is added advantage)

  • Strong and determine person, result oriented and able to work independently under minimum supervision.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel Pivot, Power BI or similar platforms.

  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills

Tanggungjawab

  • Conduct stock counts and cycle countsat retail stores

  • Reconcile system stock vs physical stockand analyze variances

  • Review stock movements(receiving, transfers, damages, adjustments)

  • Identify shrinkage risks and control gaps

  • Prepare audit findings and stock variance reports

  • Follow up on corrective actions with store teams
