• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant professional qualification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Malay, and English (both verbal and written).

• Familiarity with SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage.

• Work Location: Bangsar South Office, Kuala Lumpur.

• Salary Offer: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00

Job Summary

Responsible for managing accounting and financial reporting functions for KHK Plantation Group of Companies, including preparation of management accounts, consolidation, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, tax compliance, and financial analysis. The role supports effective financial planning, operational performance, and strategic decision-making through accurate and timely financial insights.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with supporting schedules for Management review.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring consistency and integrity of financial data.

• Process and verify payments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

• Perform month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and review of key balances.

• Manage taxation matters, including preparation of tax information and coordination with stakeholders.

• Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records to support audit and compliance requirements.

• Provide timely and accurate financial information to support Management reporting and decision-making.

• Take ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Superior & Management to you from time to time.
