Minimum qualification of SPM or above.

Candidates must be willing to work at the outlet specified in the job title.

Applicants should be responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Meet and greet customers, and attend to them promptly on their orders and requests while doing suggestive selling and complimentary closing.

Attend to mis-en-plus as directed on a daily routine and assist in monitoring the management of glassware and crockery to minimize breakages and losses

Work closely with the Supervisor and the team to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Ensure the QSC exercise is conducted according to the required period and complete corrective actions within the deadline.

Adhere to the SOP of the service procedures to meet customer satisfaction.

Fully support the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Work closely with the Supervisor to achieve sales targets and maintain zero tolerance on variances and pilferage.

Ensure all front-end equipment is maintained in good working condition and adheres to safety standards.

Raise feedback on issues and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.

Assist in monitoring stock levels, product mix, and product quality.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
