Kelayakan

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics, International Relations, Event Management, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, or other languages are an advantage.
  • Passionate about international business, global trade, and networking.
  • Comfortable communicating with business professionals from different countries.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Tanggungjawab

  • Research companies, importers, distributors, retailers, and business partners across different countries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international buyers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Assist in recruiting international buyers for leading trade exhibitions across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Conduct market research on various industries including Beauty, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Furniture, and Consumer Products.
  • Maintain CRM databases and prepare business reports.
  • Coordinate meetings between exhibitors and international buyers.
  • Support international business development projects.
  • Work closely with overseas clients, organizers, and business partners.
  • Assist during international exhibitions when required.
