• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.

• Passionate about the hospitality industry and guest experience.

• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).

• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Willing to work weekends/public holidays (with off-days in lieu).

• As a Hospitality Intern (Customer Service Focus), you'll gain hands-on experience in managing guest interactions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a homestay/hotel environment. You'll work closely with the operations and guest services team to deliver memorable experiences to travelers while learning the ins and outs of hospitality management.

Guest Support & Communication

• Assist in handling guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Airbnb, *************, and other platforms.

• Support smooth check-in/check-out processes, including coordination with housekeeping.

• Help manage guest requests, feedback, and minor complaints with a friendly and professional attitude.

Booking & Admin Tasks

• Update booking calendars, guest information, and daily reports.

• Assist in creating guest welcome kits and ensuring in-unit amenities are stocked.

• Support day-to-day admin tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.

On-Ground Operations Support

• Join routine unit inspections to learn about property readiness and quality control.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for issue resolution.

• Occasionally assist with on-site guest check-ins or key handovers.

Service & Hospitality Training

• Learn basic front desk skills and how to handle various guest profiles.

• Understand the backend of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Agoda, etc.).

• Get exposure to crisis management, guest recovery strategies, and hospitality SOPs.
