Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Candidates with or without freight forwarding / logistics experience are welcome to apply

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided

Experience or knowledge in air freight and/or sea freight operations is an advantage

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred

Willing to work shifts and weekends

Handle air freight or sea freight shipment operations

Coordinate with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents

Arrange booking with airlines and shipping lines

Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)

Monitor shipment progress and update customers

Ensure compliance with import/export procedures and documentation requirements

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Perform other operational tasks assigned by management
