Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development in process intrumentation

Prior experience in managing a sales team is preferred.

Experience in industrial products, engineering products, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively.

Independent, proactive, and results-oriented personality.

Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.

Lead, manage, and oversee the overall performance of the sales department.

Support and guide Outdoor Sales Engineers through joint customer visits and sales / business development activities.

Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for new market sectors.

Prepare and present sales plans, market strategies, and business proposals to the Director for further action and approval.

Achieve monthly departmental sales targets and KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Conduct visits to consultants to promote product specifications and secure inclusion in project vendor lists.

Monitor and follow up on market trends, ongoing projects, and upcoming developments within Malaysia.

Identify, explore, and penetrate potential projects and business opportunities related to the company's products and services.

Oversee stock inventory control and coordinate with relevant departments on stock availability and forecasting.

Review and update product pricing lists when necessary.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to customer inquiries and project requirements.
