Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and WhatsApp).

Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided.

Attend to walk-in customers and provide friendly customer service.

Recommend suitable lighting products based on customers' needs.

Prepare quotations and assist customers with enquiries.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations and sales enquiries.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.

Assist in arranging and displaying products in the showroom.

Process sales transactions and update customer information when required.

Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Assist with stock checking and inventory management.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
