Bachelor degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field

Non degree/Diploma holder with proven track record of success in sales leadership roles will be considered

Preferably candidates with minimum 5 years in sales and marketing roles, especially in agriculture products industries

Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and financial management

Lead and drive nationwide sales strategies for both inorganic and organic fertilizer portfolios

Overseeing and coaching a team of 4–5 Sales Managers to achieve or exceed sales targets

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively in the fertilizer sector

Lead and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals and actively prospect for new business opportunities and convert leads into customers

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including farmers, distributors, agro-dealers, and plantation owners

Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers to generate positive cash flow for the company and minimize exposure to bad debts

Monitor and track sales performance against targets, adjusting as necessary to meet sales KPI.
