Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience Required:

  • Design Engineer: Minimum 2 years of relevant design/construction engineering experience.

  • Senior Design Engineer: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Assistant Manager: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

• Technical Skills:Strong technical expertise and knowledge inCivil & Structural (C&S) or Geotechnical design.

• Preferred Background: Hands-on experience in major infrastructure projects such as roads/bridges, tunnels/underground structures, or metro rail/railway systems.

• Soft Skills: Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Design & Coordination: Assist the Design Manager in managing design consultants' deliverables, submission schedules, and tracking overall design progress.

• Stakeholder & Technical Liaison: Coordinate with clients, authorities, Independent Checking Engineers (ICE), and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely comment close-outs.

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, method statements, work procedures, and drawings management; handle interface coordination.

• Tender Support: Participate in tender projects and submissions, assist the contract department in quantity take-offs and bills of quantities (BQ).

• Site Support: Provide practical engineering ideas and solutions to address on-site construction challenges related to design.
