• Experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-Commerce platforms, including updating social media sites.

• Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, make decisions, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Minimum educational requirement of a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English languages.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.

• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be willing to work in Shah Alam -Subang 2 area.

• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.

1. Listing & SKU Management

·   Upload and launch new products across various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora Webstore & etc).

·   Regularly update product pricing, descriptions, and technical specifications.

·   Create and manage complex product variations (colors, sizes, bundles) to ensure ease of selection for customers.

2. Promotion & Campaign Setup

·   Coordinate and schedule limited-time flash sales to drive traffic.

·   Set up and manage shop vouchers, bundle deals, and add-on deals.

·   Assist in the setup and monitoring of major platform campaigns.

3. Store Maintenance & Market Intelligence

·   Perform daily checks on product stock levels.

·   Monitor competitor pricing and promotions to ensure our store remains the preferred choice for customers.

4. Basic Graphic Design

·   Design promotion banners, campaign posters, and enhanced product images for mobile and desktop views.Order & Logistics Coordination.

5. Order & Logistics Coordination

·   Communicate daily with the warehouse team to resolve order issues, packing discrepancies, or delays.

·   Handle and coordinate customer returns and exchange processes efficiently.

6. Customer Service

·   Handling customer’s enquiries and timely customer support and after-sales service.
