Minimum experience in sales, business development, or related industries.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Must be willing and able to travel for customer visits and business purposes.

Comfortable meeting customers, building relationships, and understanding client requirements.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn and grow.

Promote and introduce existing and new product solutions to customers.

Identify new business opportunities and explore potential market segments to drive sales growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, installers, and end users.

Follow up on project pipelines, sales activities, and customer requirements.

Conduct customer visits and provide product recommendations and technical support when required.

Prepare regular sales activity reports and maintain updated customer information in CRM.

Monitor sales performance and support business development initiatives.

Assist management with ad-hoc operational tasks when required.
