• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, and HR administration.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations. Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
