Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a similar industry.

Experience in outlet operations, retail management, beauty, hair care or a related service industry will be an advantage.

Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members in a multilingual service environment.

Manage overall branch operations and sales performance.

Lead the outlet team to achieve individual and branch sales targets and KPIs, including revenue, conversion and customer retention.

Monitor and evaluate KPI performance and implement improvement plans where required.

Oversee daily outlet operations, including customer service, complaint handling and administrative matters.

Manage staff scheduling, leave arrangements and day-to-day manpower requirements.

Train, coach and motivate team members to improve sales and service performance.

Improve team productivity and ensure consistent execution of company standards and procedures.

Maintain a positive customer experience and address service issues professionally.

Prepare relevant performance reports and provide operational updates to management.

Perform other management duties as assigned.
