Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

  • Able to communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues.

  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Sales-oriented and able to understand customers’ needs.

  • Willing to support other outlets when operationally required.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell gold jewellery and related products.

  • Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable products.

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service.

  • Explain relevant product information to customers.

  • Assist with daily retail outlet operations.

  • Support other outlets when required due to manpower needs.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
