Proven experience in supervising staff and managing daily operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Supervise the daily operations of the fuel station to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Manage and monitor staff performance, work schedules, attendance, and discipline.

Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained.

Monitor fuel and retail inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

Handle daily cash collection, sales reconciliation, and operational reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
