Kelayakan
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Energy Management, or related disciplines.
- 2–3 yearsof experience inSustainability, ESG, Environmental Engineering, Energy Management, or Manufacturing.
- Experience with ESG reporting, carbon emissions, energy management, or sustainability data is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandarin is an advantage due to regional stakeholder exposure.
- Willing to travel to manufacturing plants, including overseas when required.
Tanggungjawab
- Support sustainability initiatives across manufacturing operations and facilities.
- Collect, analyse, and report ESG, environmental, energy, carbon, and sustainability data.
- Support projects related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, emissions reduction, and resource optimisation.
- Assist with sustainability reporting, audits, assessments, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with manufacturing plants and internal teams to implement sustainability improvement projects.
- Support sustainability initiatives across Malaysia and overseas operations, including plant visits when required.
- Monitor sustainability KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external parties on sustainability projects.
