Kelayakan
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sea freight or freight forwarding.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Coordinate Sea freight export bookings and shipment documentation.
- Register and manage shipment information accurately in CW1 and internal systems.
- Liaise with shipping lines, customers, overseas offices, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including Bill of Lading, manifests, and export documentation.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure timely invoicing, costing, and payment collection.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and customer requirements.
