• Develop and optimize marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention and reactivation

• Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social, paid media, messaging and other marketing channels

• Analyze campaign and customer data to improve conversion, CPA, ROI and overall performance

• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, repeat activity and long-term value

• Develop strategies to re-engage inactive and dormant customers

• Work closely with the team to create effective campaigns, creatives and customer journeys

• Monitor performance and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
