Customer Service Executiverole based atAmpang Park (5 mins from LRT/MRT).

Role Summary

• Salary: RM3200 - 3500 + RM350 fixed shift allowance

• Variable allowance: RM45/night shift + RM30/split shift

• Environment: 24/7 Call Centre (rotational shifts incl. weekends & public holidays) 

• Diploma with 2+ years’ experience OR SPM/STPM with 5+ years (fresh grads welcome).

• Willing to work rotational shifts.

• Experience in call centre/banking/customer service preferred.

• Strong communication skills (English required, Mandarin an advantage).

• Positive attitude, pleasant voice, and good team player.

- Fresh graduates with a relevant Degree (e.g. Banking, Business, Communications, or related fields).
