Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in building & construction materials, quarry products, logistics or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.

Possess a valid driving licence.

Willing to travel for customer visits.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Promote and sell the Company's products and services, including building & construction materials, sand, aggregates, transportation and earthworks solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.

Conduct customer visits and identify new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Coordinate with operations and logistic teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
