Kelayakan
- Relevant working experience in accounting or related functions.
- Hands-on experience in handling full set accounts is required.
- Good understanding of AP, AR, General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Able to work independently and manage accounting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular work-related communication and coordination in Mandarin.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle full set accounts for assigned entities.
- Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and accounting schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Manage and support month-end closing activities.
- Review Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) balances.
- Identify discrepancies and follow up on necessary corrections.
- Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Maintain proper accounting documents and supporting records.
- Prepare and process payments when required.
- Support accounting coordination across the Company's entities.
- Assist Management with accounting and finance-related matters when required.
