Education & Experience

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and experienced profiles. 1–3 years of accounting or audit experience is an added advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

• Core Accounting: Solid understanding of Double Entry and basic financial reporting principles.

• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software like AutoCount, SQL, or UBS.

• Languages: Highly proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) as the primary medium of communication. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is a strong advantage.

Full Set Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Full Set Accounts: Maintain accurate, up-to-date full-set accounting records.

• Financial Statements: Prepare monthly financial reports, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

• Month-End Closing: Support month-end and year-end closing activities before reporting deadlines.

• General Ledger: Record and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.

Transactional & Cash Management

• Accounts Payable (AP): Verify supplier invoices and process timely payments.

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue invoices and receipts, and assist with outstanding collections.

• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, supplier, customer, and petty cash reconciliations.

Compliance & Support

• Audit & Tax: Assist in audit and tax processes by preparing required schedules and documents.

• Internal Control: Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure compliance with MFRS standards.

• Data Management: Keep systematic physical and digital financial filing systems.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
