• Sales experience is preferred.

• Experience in signage, printing, advertising, or related industries will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Confident in approaching potential customers and developing new business opportunities.

• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.

• Strong follow-up skills and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

• Able to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Responsible, proactive, and well-organised.

• Comfortable using company systems to record and manage sales activities.

• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.

• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese for work-related customer communication.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Possess own transport for customer visits and sales-related appointments.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Proactively source and develop new sales leads and business opportunities.

• Approach potential customers and introduce Signmastr’s products and services.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers.

• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Contribute to the overall growth of the company’s sales.

Lead Management & Quotation

• Serve as the main point of contact for incoming customer enquiries.

• Understand and assess customer requirements accurately.

• Recommend suitable signage, printing, and advertising solutions based on customer needs.

• Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals in a timely manner.

• Follow up on quotations and respond promptly to customer enquiries.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Sales Pipeline & System Management

• Record customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately in the company system.

• Maintain updated customer information and sales progress.

• Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry and quotation through to follow-up and deal closure.

• Ensure sales activities and customer communications are properly documented.

• Maintain clear and accurate records for internal coordination and follow-up.

Project Tracking & Handover

• Record and update confirmed project information in the company system.

• Monitor the progress of secured projects when required.

• Ensure customer requirements and project information are complete and accurate before handover.

• Coordinate closely with the Design, Production, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.

• Ensure a smooth handover from Sales to Production / Operations.

• Follow up internally when necessary to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated.

• Keep customers updated on project progress when required.

• Basic Salary: RM3000
• Sales Commission
• Additional earning potential based on sales performance
• Commission calculated according to the company’s commission scheme
