At least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.

Having at least 3 years relevant working experience in legal, compliance, governance, or related functions.

Having Good understanding of Malaysian Laws, manufacturing law.

Having experience in manufacturing environment.

Having experience and knowledge in CSR and RBA compliance is and advantage.

Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements.

Develop, review, and implement company policies and procedures related to compliance and governance.

Support and coordinate internal and external audits (if any).

Monitor and follow up on compliance findings, corrective actions, and risk mitigation plans.

Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal-related documentation.

Provide support and advice on legal, compliance, and governance matters to other departments and management.

Liaise with external parties such as legal firms, government authorities, auditors, and customers when required.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting related to compliance and legal matters.
