Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Experience:1–2 years of proven success in recruitment (Preferably inhouse).

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and mentor team members.

Communication: Superior interpersonal skills; you should be a natural "connector."

Skillset: Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and solid problem-solving abilities.

Financial Savvy: Experience in budget management for recruitment and training.

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and secure high-quality talent across the organisation.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and successful placement.

Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the company culture, employee handbook, policies, and organisational structure.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen Vince Group’s reputation and attractiveness as an employer.

Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, internal events, and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative workplace.

Offboarding & Retention Insights: Manage the employee exit process and conduct exit interviews to gather meaningful feedback and identify opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
