Must Have

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in export operations or trade administration.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel as required.

Advantage

• Experience in the food, fresh produce, or agricultural products industry.
• Experience in import and export operations.
• Experience working with logistics companies or freight forwarding companies.

Job Overview

• Responsible for domestic sales of fresh agricultural products within Malaysia and export operations to ASEAN countries.
• Manage customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, conduct domestic client visits, and coordinate export processes to support the company's business growth.

Domestic Sales

• Follow up with existing clients and strengthen long-term business relationships.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct sales activities targeting retail, wholesale, and corporate clients.
• Manage sales activities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and other sales promotion activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research and gather relevant market information.

Export Operations

• Communicate and maintain good relationships with overseas clients, mainly within the ASEAN region.
• Prepare and manage export-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, phytosanitary certificates, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange shipment schedules and logistics.
• Coordinate and manage customs clearance arrangements.
• Monitor export schedules and handle shipment-related issues to ensure smooth delivery.
