Kerja Sepenuh Masa Cleanroom Finishing Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Decoration, M&E Engineering, Cleanroom Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in complete cleanroom fit-out projects, preferably within semiconductor, new energy, biopharmaceutical, or other industrial manufacturing facilities.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in cleanroom partition, ceiling, and flooring systems.

• Familiar with airtight, dust-free, and ESD construction standards.

• Good knowledge of ISO 14644 cleanroom standards.

• Strong expertise in cleanroom detailing, finishing, sealing, and fit-out works.

• Able to independently identify and resolve technical and construction issues on-site.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Able to interpret technical drawings and conduct technical briefings.

• Good knowledge of quality control, project scheduling, and subcontractor management.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.

• Strong execution, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel and be stationed at project sites in Malaysia.

Overall Technical & Construction Management

• Coordinate, provide technical briefings, supervise, inspect, and oversee the acceptance of cleanroom interior fit-out works throughout the construction process.

• Ensure cleanroom envelope systems meet requirements for cleanliness, airtightness, ESD protection, and process functionality.

• Monitor site progress and ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
  
  Cleanroom Partition & Ceiling Systems

• Supervise the installation of cleanroom panels, ceiling tee systems, secondary steel structures, cleanroom doors and windows.

• Ensure proper airtight sealing and finishing of cleanroom systems.

• Monitor workmanship, flatness, verticality, alignment, and cleanroom detailing requirements.

• Identify and rectify installation issues to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  
  Cleanroom Flooring Systems

• Oversee installation and quality control of seamless epoxy flooring, PVC flooring, and anti-static raised access flooring.

• Conduct inspections and acceptance of completed flooring works.

• Ensure proper protection of completed flooring and finishing works throughout the construction period.

• Monitor flooring quality, cleanliness, ESD protection, and finishing standards.
  
  Cross-Disciplinary Coordination & Problem Solving

• Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, MEP, and BMS teams during construction.

• Manage work sequences, interfaces, finishing works, and rectification activities.

• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues on-site.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and relevant project teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
  
  Schedule, Quality, Safety & Documentation

• Monitor project schedule, material quality, site safety, and protection of completed works.

• Coordinate material inspections and submission for inspection and approval.

• Conduct and coordinate concealed works inspection and acceptance.

• Support testing and commissioning activities where required.

• Ensure proper completion and submission of as-built drawings and project handover documentation.

• Maintain proper records of site progress, inspections, quality issues, and rectification works.
