Kelayakan

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin for daily work purposes.

  • Basic Mandarin typing skills.

  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to complete simple tasks independently.

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or operations is an added advantage.

  • Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Able to work full-time on-site at Kuala Lumpur TRX.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist with daily office administrative tasks.

  • Organize, update, and maintain company documents, records, and information.

  • Respond to basic enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.

  • Follow up with customers and related matters.

  • Assist with simple social media and online tasks.

  • Support daily work arrangements and internal coordination.

  • Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
