We are looking for an Procurement Assistant / Executive to join us!

• 5.5 DAYS WORK (SATURDAY ALTERNATE OFF) PER WEEK

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in business studies.

• Min 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.

• Possess own transport.

• Able to work independently.

Job Description:

• Liaise with vendor / suppliers on the purchasing process

• Closely follow up with the shipment and delivery status. 

• Carry out purchase plan.

• Performing inventory inspection & reporting any faults.

• Updating & maintaining records of orders and payments.

• Coordinating with the delivery team & following up on delayed orders.

• In charge of daily operations inter company orders, delivery, invoicing & etc.

• All tasks were instructed by the superior.
