Possess at least SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field

Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

Working knowledge(s): Computer literate, Intermediate MS Excel and familiarity with Autocount accounting will be an added advantage.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Immediate availability is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

To input data in a timely and accurate manner into Excelfile and Autocount System.

Allocate and schedule daily orders to retail stores, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Communicate with store staff to address and resolve any order-related issues.

Prepare and maintain logistics and delivery reports to support operational planning.

Coordinate the ordering of packaging materials for the production line to ensure timely availability.

Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and place orders based on production needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve order processing efficiency and workflow.

Ensure all operational tasks comply with company policies and quality standards.

To perfom any other assignment by Superior and able to assist other team members of the department.

Be resposible, self-discipline and independent in your daily job.
