Minimum 3 years of working experience in car detailing, car wash, automotive service, workshop, retail or related industry.

Previous supervisory or outlet management experience is preferred.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Sales-oriented and target-driven.

Able to handle customer complaints professionally.

Able to work independently and make decisions.

Responsible, punctual and disciplined.

Basic computer and reporting skills.

Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to outlet schedule.

Automotive/detailing knowledge is an advantage.

Possess a valid driving licence is preferred.

Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Manage and oversee daily outlet operations.

Ensure the outlet opens and closes according to schedule.

Ensure all jobs are properly scheduled, assigned and completed on time.

Monitor daily workflow and manpower allocation.

Ensure all outlet SOPs are followed.

Maintain a clean, organised and professional outlet environment.

Supervise and manage detailing staff.

Prepare staff duty roster and allocate daily jobs.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and discipline.

Train new staff on detailing procedures and outlet SOPs.

Monitor staff productivity and performance.

Motivate the team to achieve outlet targets.

Report staff issues, misconduct or attendance problems to management.

Welcome and assist customers professionally.

Explain detailing packages, services and promotions.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints.

Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.

Follow up with customers where required.

Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Achieve monthly outlet sales targets.

Promote suitable detailing packages and additional services.

Upsell relevant products/services such as coating, polishing, interior detailing and maintenance packages.

Monitor daily sales performance.

Track number of cars served and average customer spending.

Identify opportunities to increase outlet revenue.

Inspect vehicles before and after service.

Ensure detailing work meets company standards.

Conduct final inspection before handing vehicles back to customers.

Minimise customer complaints and rework.

Ensure any existing vehicle damage is properly recorded before work starts.

Immediately report accidents, scratches, damage or customer disputes to management.

Monitor stock levels of chemicals, towels, cleaning products and other consumables.

Ensure proper usage of detailing products and minimise wastage.

Conduct regular stock checks.

Inform management when stock needs to be replenished.

Ensure equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, polishers and other machines are properly maintained.

Report damaged or faulty equipment promptly.

Ensure all customer payments are properly recorded.

Monitor cash, QR, card and other payment collections.

Check daily sales and payment records.

Ensure there are no missing payments or unexplained discrepancies.

Complete daily closing procedures.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports covering: Daily sales, Number of cars served, Services/packages sold, Customer complaints, Rework/quality issues, Staff attendance, Stock usage, Equipment issues, Accidents/damage incidents, Monthly KPI performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Assist management in implementing promotions and new services.

Provide feedback on staff, customers and outlet operations.

Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.
