We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Guest Service Manager (GSM) to oversee the daily operations of the Guest Service Department, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and smooth operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Guest Service operations and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences, handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Manage VIP arrivals, departures and long-stay guest relations.
• Monitor room/apartment occupancy, revenue opportunities and front office performance.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, forecasts and budgets.
• Supervise, coach and develop team members through training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor departmental expenses, cash handling and administrative functions.
• Conduct regular apartment inspections and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office/Guest Services, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent guest relations and customer service orientation.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
