Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for local and remote users across APAC, ensuring seamless daily operations and high service standards.
Responsibilities
Provide daily hands-on IT support for Singapore office devices including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, IP cameras, switches, and wireless access points
Deliver executive-level IT support and remote assistance to SHEIN employees across the APAC time zone
Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues and improvement initiatives
Manage user onboarding and offboarding by setting up accounts, systems, and conducting orientation sessions
Maintain IT system security, updates, and compliance with company policies
Keep accurate documentation of IT incidents, assets, and solutions for operational transparency
Coordinate with third-party service providers and external partners to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and uphold enterprise IT standards
Support and implement IT policies and procedures to align with organizational requirements
Required competencies and certifications
Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management tools
Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues promptly
Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in enterprise IT support or systems administration
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
