Job Responsibilities

• Project & Programme Coordination: Support the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of malaysiaGBC projects and initiatives.
• Grants & Funding Administration: Assist with funding applications, proposal documentation, grant reporting and compliance requirements.
• Secretariat & Office Administration: Coordinate daily administrative operations, correspondence, documentation, records, meeting arrangements and office services.
• Membership & Stakeholder Support: Assist with membership administration and coordinate project-related communications and stakeholder follow-up.
• Meetings & Events Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for Council meetings, programmes and events.
• Other Duties: Undertake related administrative and operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sustainability or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration, project coordination or programme support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital collaboration tools and basic database management.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to support events and programmes, including occasional work outside normal office hours.
• Interest in sustainability and the built environment is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
