• Qualifications & Requirements

• Min Degree in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage, Hospitality or related fields.

• Preferably 2 years and above of F&B experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good knowledge of cooking, kitchen operations and food safety.

• Good communication, leadership and training skills.

• Able to train, guide and supervise kitchen staff effectively.

• Responsible, disciplined, organised and detail-oriented and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and report directly to management.

• Preferably able to work across LaLaport, Berjaya Times Square and Chow Kit outlets.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English.

• Able to travel to different outlets when required. Own transport is an advantage.

• Consistent food taste and quality across all outlets.

• Successful completion of staff training.

• Improved kitchen cleanliness and SOP compliance.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

1. Train and guide kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking and SOPs.

2. Ensure food quality, taste and consistency across all outlets.

3. Monitor kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.

4. Conduct kitchen inspections and improve daily operations.

5. Control food wastage, portion sizes and kitchen efficiency.

6. Assist with new menu launches and staff development.
