Job Summary

We are a freight forwarding company seeking an accounts admin to assist with our AP/AR daily transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable vendor invoices accurately to maintain record
• Manage accounts receivable activities such as billing and collections
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in AP/AR transactions
• Support daily accounting operations to contribute to smooth financial workflows
• Reconciliation of vendor SOA
• Reconciliation of bank statement
• Ad-hoc administrative duties

Some accounting background is preferred but experience is required.

Work location @ 1100 Lower Delta Road, EPL Building
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
