Inside Sales Executive (Inbound Leads)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team!

You will be handling warm inbound leads generated through our marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, website enquiries and incoming calls.

No cold calling required! Your primary responsibility is to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and secure appointments for face-to-face sales consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from social media, SEO, SEM, website campaigns and incoming calls.

• Contact and qualify potential customers to understand their needs and interests.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for potential customers to meet our sales consultants.

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects to maximise appointment bookings.

• Maintain accurate customer records, lead statuses and follow-up activities

• Achieve individual KPIs for lead engagement, appointments booked and appointment attendance.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.

• Good organisational and follow-up skills.

• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service or appointment setting is an advantage.

• Candidates without sales experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
