Deliver safe and quality nursing care, including medication administration, injections and wound management.

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop appropriate care plans to meet patients' needs.

Monitor patients' conditions and evaluate nursing outcomes.

Provide patient and family education on healthcare management.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Mentor and guide junior nursing staff to maintain quality nursing standards.

Support the Nurse Manager and Senior Staff Nurse in ward clinical and administrative operations.

Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical procedures.

Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Nursing Division.
