We are seeking a hands-on Cost Accountant with strong manufacturing experience to support costing, inventory management, and financial analysis. The role will be responsible for maintaining product costing, analyzing manufacturing variances, improving cost controls, and partnering with Operations to drive efficiency and profitability.

The successful candidate will support the development of scalable costing processes and provide insights to support business growth and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain product costing and standard costing.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate manufacturing variances.
• Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile inventory balances.
• Support month-end closing and cost-related reporting.
• Analyze product profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Work closely with operations and production teams to improve cost efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of costing or manufacturing accounting experience.
• Knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
