Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di SkyWorld Development Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive personal sales performance by achieving the targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Proactively follow up on leads and attend phone enquiries and walk-in customers professionally.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present company products to targeted customers.
• Participate in sales events, such as exhibitions, roadshows, and online events, to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential customers.
• Organize, follow up, and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and the application/approval of loans for sold products.
• Ensure compliance with the sales process by accurately completing and submitting all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers to ensure a smooth flow of inter-related processes.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or any other equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales & marketing within property industry will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of success in a sales role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Possess strong influence and negotiations skills.
• Positive working attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Location: Bukit Jalil

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
