Product Engineer (Technical Instruments)

• Build and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including instrument functions, operating procedures, and practical applications.
• Respond to technical inquiries from distributors, customers, and colleagues, providing appropriate guidance and solutions.
• Perform product evaluations, operational checks, and diagnostic testing to identify and resolve technical concerns.
• Manage product warranty cases, including claim assessment, return authorization documentation, and coordination of replacement deliveries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience of practical laboratory testing. 
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Willing to travel when required and participate in customer visits and industry events.
