RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To compile all data and specifications to be incorporated into drawings by consulting with Engineers, Project Department and Purchasing Department.

2. Collaborate with Engineers, Engineering Managers and Project Manager to produce equipment designs.

3. Ensure all equipment design complies with calculations and specifications provided by Engineers and clients.

4. To create drawings of equipment and parts using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

5. To calculate and specify detailed dimensions and weight of equipments shown in drawings.

6. To deliver drawings to clients following the project schedule.

7. To organize and file physical master copy of CAD drawings into their relevant project folder.

8. To prepare cutting plan drawings and materials list for fabrication.

9. To generate and submit approved for manufacturing (AFM) drawings to QA/QC Department and Production Department.

10. To revise CAD drawings according to design changes introduced by clients, engineers and shop floor.

11. To produce As-Built drawings for completed projects based on Final Dimension Report by QA/QC Department.

12. To support other draughtsman/draughtswoman in order to deliver drawing according to schedule.

13. To prepare and documented of engineering drawings in proper method.

14. To comply and implement company policy as per QMS in every task/job.

15. To observe and implement QMS ISO 9001:2015.

16. Any other instruction by verbal or written from immediate superior/Top Management.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in Mechanical Technology Drawing & Design or equivalent.

2. AutoCAD 2D/3D, familiar with ASME Flanges, Fitting, etc.

3. Min 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry especially in ACHE, STHE & PV Elite.

4. Punctual, Discipline, Good team member and fast learner.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
