1. Support all internal and external HR related inquires and requests.

2. Monitor, update and maintain daily attendance, leaves, and medical expenses.

3. Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentations.

4. Assist executive in all payroll or other HR related matters.

5. Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.

6. Prepare pay slips for all employees.

7. Manage & update the staff leaves and medical slip records.

8. Ensure employee welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment.

9. Assist with performance management process.

10. Assist in tracking buffer report for all uniform of operation and head quarters staff.

11. Prepare employee welfare especially for hostel in each Me’nate outlet.

12. Review, update and maintain proper filing.

13. Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

14. Take on other ad-hoc administrative duties tasks as required.

15. Assist in coordinating special functions for colleagues such as training activity, colleagues’ in-house events, sports activities,

16. Responsible to any ad hoc task from time to time by superior.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
