Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent

At least 5 years of working experience in contruction field.

Lead and manage all daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop and monitor project timelines, costs, and resource allocation plans.

Implement safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Coordinate proactively with all stakeholders, including project manager, engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, to ensure alignment across all aspects and execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, bottlenecks or site conflicts and implement practical recovery plans.

Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing risks.

Manage procurement of materials, equipment and logistics to ensure cost effectively and timely availability of resources on-site.

Maintain accurate project documentation and record.
