We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven Insurance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance solutions, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products and solutions.
• Promote life, health, motor, property, and other insurance products.
• Explain insurance policies, coverage options, premiums, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
• Conduct client meetings and provide professional insurance consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing customer support and address insurance-related queries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or consultancy will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and policy structures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
