About the Role
Lambda Computing Solutions (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Secondary School near
Dakota (CCL) & Payalebar(EWL) MRT
. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Run the reception counter at the school's General Office. Attend to walk-in customers and phone calls. Distribute fax, mails, and parcels. Route the emails received in school generic email.
Collect / distribute documents from / to students, e.g. survey forms, NRIC, Graduation Certificate, application forms, etc.
Book bus transport for staff; tally the invoice with the booking form.
Take care of students coming to sick bay, including the administration of simple first aid for students.
Update students’ contact into the system.
Update in SC mobile with the details of students who are dismissed early.
Preferably has past working experience with reporting hours at 7.00am or earlier.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Administration Manager.
Requirements
GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
Good knowledge of MS Office skills & use of IT systems.
Good communication and customer service skills.
At least two years of experience in performing a similar set of services.
Preferably with experience in MOE schools.
Possess valid first aid certification with valid period.
Employment Details
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.
Working Hours:
Four days a week: 7.00am to 4.00pm; inclusive of 30 minutes’ lunch break
One day a week: 7.00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes’ lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Location: Dakota (CCL) & Payalebar(EWL)
